ATTORNEY PROFILE: Mary Cay Marubio

Mary Cay Marubio has been practicing law since 1997. Since that time, she has worked exclusively in the area of criminal defense.

Ms. Marubio is well-acquainted with Illinois and federal criminal procedure as she has represented hundreds of accused individuals at pre-charging interrogations, bond hearings, pre-trial motions, bench and jury trials and sentencing hearings.

Her cases include felonies and misdemeanors ranging from first degree murder, aggravated battery, drug possession and distribution, theft, and weapons violations.
